With an engineering background, Brigitte COQUELLE began her international career in Europe, Middle East and South-East Asia managing the Telecom Business Development unit (Energy, Oil & Gas) at ALSTOM and ALCATEL.
In 2004, she became a public relations and communications consultant, organizing major events commissioned by firms and foundations (AmfAR, AREVA, GIVENCHY).

In 2006, she founded TRAJECTOIRE GIVRÉE, a modern, demoralizing audiovisual production company dedicated to series. She produced an award-winning series at Les Écrans de l'Humour Festival, broadcast on OCS, which signed up for a second season, and later a web program for Radio France, winning the 2015 SACEM Gold Medal.

With this mindset, she launched RnB! FILMS in July 2015 with the ambition of bringing impactful projects to cinema and plateforms that are reinventing themselves. RnB!Films intervenes early on in projects, starting with the writing process, and initiates an internal development process that enables film talent to make their first or second feature film.
RnB!FILMS has produced A SECOND LIFE (2025), feature film by Laurent SLAMA starring Agathe ROUSSELLE, Alex LAWTHER, and Suzy BEMBA, selected at Tribeca, Karlovy Vary, and Jerusalem.

Associate producer of Julie PACINO's debut film, I LIVE HERE NOW (2025), starring Lucy FRY, Madeline BREWER, Sheryl LEE, and Matt RIFE, the film was presented this year in competition at Fantasia, Locarno, Edinburgh, Deauville, and L'Étrange.

RnB!FILMS productions also include two documentaries, the latest CHASING CLAUDE LELOUCH with Audrey DANA, Béatrice DALLE, Oxmo PUCCINO, and Claude LELOUCH, and three short films, two addressing disability: INVISIBLE FEELINGS, CNC award winner, ANNE, and DEMAIN IL FERA BEAU, Unifrance Broadcasters' winner at Cannes Film Festival 2019.
Roland TCHERKÉZIAN began his career in organizational and management consulting at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) for the banking, IT, telecommunications, and entertainment sectors, before joining Altis.

Noticing the rapid growth of telecommunications market, he founded his own firm, Mille-Alliance, with several partners and was involved in the early stages of Wanadoo. The firm developed rapidly, reaching 35 employees within three years.
In this context, Atos Consulting asked him to join them as partner and take on the role of deputy head of Atos Consulting France, including the operational management of a team of 120 consultants.

He then created his new firm, Lumens Consultants, which would lead the reorganization of the accounting and management control of M6 Group.

In 2014, he developed Unique Tours Factory, dedicated to luxury tourism in 18 European cities, and in 2015, he co-founded RnB!FILMS with Brigitte COQUELLE.
