We needed to approach the exceptional filmmaker Claude Lelouch with a proposal that was surprising enough to get him on board with this adventure.

We drew inspiration from his short film “C'était un rendez-vous,” which offered a journey across Paris at nearly 200 km/h.

This journey takes us at breakneck speed through Claude LELOUCH's filmography, featuring stories of great artists, Béatrice Dalle and Oxmo Puccino, until we arrive at his ATELIERS DU CINEMA in BEAUNE.

Guillaume Quetel films everything: Claude Lelouch's master class in front of his students, the students themselves, their ambitions and, of course, the students' view of the Master, the magical creator of incomparable cinema.

An ode to life and love made up of back-and-forths, rewinds, shots of reality and cinema, and a declaration of love from the brilliant Audrey Dana.
